Introducing ILS Direct Connect!
Struggling to understand your clients, patients, or LEPs when they try to call your organization and services?
We are excited to offer this new service, which provides your organization with an exclusive phone number. With ILS Direct Connect, you can call in to connect with an interpreter or have your Indigenous clients call us directly. We will immediately connect them to an interpreter in their language before connecting them to your services. They will have an interpreter with them connect and ready to assist with communication.

Whether you need assistance with medical appointments, legal matters, or any other situation requiring interpretation, our team is ready to help. Our interpreters are experienced and trained to provide accurate and reliable services, ensuring clear communication in any setting. By hiring our services directly, you can avoid delays and receive the support you need right away.
No waiting time and we'll provide immediate services as needed. Availability of interpreters for certain language may vary. We encourage you to schedule ahead of time.

We provide on-site connectivity solutions to bridge the digital divide and ensure LEPs can connect to their virtual/remote appointments. Computers, webcams, and headphones are ready to connect to your appointment with support from the ILS staff.
^This service does not require you to hire one of our interpreters or get an interpreter through ILS.

With our office open to the public, we are offering sight translation of any documents. Bring your documents to us, and our skilled interpreters will provide immediate, accurate translations on the spot.
